1. The cost of the Trademark Availability Report (TAR) is A$90 for Australia. This cost is fully redeemable if you decide after receiving the TAR to submit an application for trademark registration with Trademark Heaven.

When paying the full-fee for the registration application you will see the cost is A$690 less the A$90.

If your trademark is assessed by IP Australia as 'adverse' (for whatever reason) you will receive a report from Trademark Heaven about the assessment with the choice to 'Oppose the Assessment' or 'Not Proceed'.

If you do not proceed with the Phase 2 of the application Trademark Heaven will refund you A$130 of the fee. If your application is successful the period of trademark registration is ten (10) years.

2. The cost for a Same-Day-Service (A$900), this includes trademark availability communications on the phone with our trademark specialist and an appraisal of Trade Mark Classifications. It also includes the submission of the Trade Mark Application for Registration on the Same-Day if contact is made directly with Trademark Heaven before 3PM on that business day.

If contact is made after 3PM the application will be submitted before 12:30 PM the next business day. If your trademark is assessed by IP Australia as 'adverse' you will receive a report from Trademark Heaven about the assessment with the choice to 'Oppose the Assessment' or 'Not Proceed'. If you do not proceed with the Phase 2 of the application process Trademark Heaven will refund you $130 of the service fee. If successful the period of trademark registration is ten (10) years.

3. The cost of the Trademark Availability Report (TAR) is A$90 for International Applications. Trademark Heaven is able to make applications for trademark registrations in more than 145 countries.

Each country has a different pricing structure. On your application for A QUOTE for International trademarks you will receive an itemised transparent quotation from Trademark Heaven. You will be welcome at any stage to discuss the quotation with our CEO Mark Davis LLM for further explanation.
