We data mine Regulators such as IP Australia (Australian Federal Government), the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and other data indices relevant to your Trademark Availability Report to provide you with an assessment of the likelihood for the trademark to be registered.

It also gives us the information we need to register your trademark should you wish to continue. There are no other forms to complete in the process of an application. Should the Trademark Availability Report indicate the potential for registration and you opt to proceed to full trademark registration with us, and the $90 fee is deducted from the full fee ($600).

Besides choosing your trademark name, the trademark classification is the only other complex matter for you to decide. If you are unable to define your trademark classification, Mark should be able to determine the classification from your website.
